1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing digital products on villzerbooks.com, operated by Villzer Online Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Digital Product Purchases & Access
All eBooks sold on VillzerBooks are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read purchased eBooks via our web-based digital reader.
3. DRM Protection & Anti-Piracy Policy
All content on VillzerBooks is protected by copyright laws. eBooks are rendered in-browser with dynamic visual watermarking containing user transaction identifiers. Unlawful copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of digital content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.
4. User Accounts & Security
User authentication is managed via secure SMTP One-Time Passwords (OTP). Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their email access and all activities under their account.
